  • Visual Character References are Required, if you don't have any, you can use written description and other references that you have (Example : hairstyle, outfit, acc, etc)

  • Deadline can be discussed and requested, usually takes for 2 weeks for Illustrations, 3 Months for Live2D Models (Depending on the number of queues and my RL's activity, if there's a Deadline, we can discuss together)

  • Revisions Max 3 times, ADDITIONAL FEE may applied for revisions more than that (price are listed on Catalog, each of them had different prices)

  • ADDITIONAL FEE may applied on Detailed Chara (example : Acc, Weapons, etc.), Monetization Use and for Commercial Use

Rights

  • Please Credit the Artist if you want to post it on any social media

  • I'm allowed to post commissioned artwork or WIP as portofolio / samples (but first, i will ask you first if i could post it or not)

  • USING MY ART FOR NFT AND AI TRAINING ARE NOT ALLOWED, AND DO NOT CLAIM THE ARTWORK AS YOURS

Payment

  • Payment 50% or Full Payment will be required before i proceed into sketch, the rest of 50% payment will be asked after i send the Lineart or Coloring progress

  • Payment will be via Paypal or Google Pay (available at VGen) for International client, and via E-Wallet such like OVO/Gopay for Local only. (can be discussed if you don't have any of it)

  • REFUNDS only be applicable during the sketch, NO REFUND after into Lineart & Coloring steps

Progress

  • I'll give you an updates while doing the commissions through DM on your social media

  • If you need more specific request (example : Canvas size, Character Details, Expressions, Pose, etc.) please let me know, i'll always open for discussions

  • Sketching process will start after payment has been made (50% or Full Payment)

  • Final artwork can be sent using Gmail or GDrive (using ZIP format)
